🎙 New Paradigm for Effective Workplace Relationships [VIDEO]

On Wednesday March 11, two National Basketball Association teams, Utah Jazz and Oklahoma City Thunder were getting ready for tip off. And then suddenly the game was called off and the players were escorted off the court.

At the time the game was “postponed” due to Coronavirus concerns. But what ensued afterwards was a domino effect of event cancellations and social distancing which most would agree have forever altered the way we live and work and interact socially.

Chances are, the social distancing and workplace quarantine will be over soon. But maybe not. Maybe it will never be “over” and instead gradually return to normal in due time. Or maybe…

Wait. Normal?

See, that’s the thing. Life as we know it may never be the same again. The social contract we were all familiar and comfortable with has been shredded. Just about everything we believe and understand about ourselves and the world we live in might very well need to be redefined. This includes the social contract of your workplace.

And nobody, not one of us, knows what the new contract will be like, because it has to be re-written.

Effective Workplace Relationships in the COVID-19 Paradigm

In his latest book, “All In,” Author Robb Holman offers up 10 chapters focused on how impactful teams build trust from the inside out, building on the leadership principles of his first book, “Lead the Way.”

Everything in Robb’s two books still applies. But the responsibilities and accountabilities of business and workplace leaders right now with COVID-19 having ignited a pandemic and social frenzy are not just being challenged and tested, but re-scripted, redefined, and reshaped.

Season 5 Finale

In this episode of the White Collar Therapy & Leadership Show, our Season 5 Finale which included ALL 5 CO-HOSTS, the goal was to help put into perspective what this new paradigm looks like for business owners and leaders, as it pertains to the workplace and workplace relationships.

And for the season finale we also introduced something new. See Virtual Coffee Shop below.
