Video content has become an important part of marketing campaigns for companies from every walk of life. Whether you’re delivering instructional videos or tutorials or you’re sharing information through a Live Stream, a clean and stylish video can be just as important as written content.
LinkedIn has been a little late to the game in terms of making it easy to upload and integrate video content, but that doesn’t mean they plan on being left in the dust. Late last year, LinkedIn began supporting video uploads to user and company profiles, and already the networking platform is offering new ways to make video content stand out. What’s more, they’re making the process easy, even when using a mobile device.
How to Add Filters to Your LinkedIn Video*
- To take advantage of the options available through the LinkedIn platform, you’ll need to make sure you are using the latest version of their app if you’re a mobile user.
- Then, simply record or upload your video and click on the icons in the top right corner of the screen.
- You will then be able to add text or stickers to the video.
- You can scale the embellishments by pinching and zooming, positioning everything just the way you want it before saving and sharing with your network.

These newest features on LinkedIn are easy to use, but they are limited in terms of what it offers. While there are only a dozen different stickers, there’s little doubt these options will grow as the popularity of the enhancements entices new users as well as breathing life into accounts that may need a boost.
So if you’re ready to engage with your network and get creative, dive in and hit the red button!
