Increase Your Leadership Capacity w/ Mike Phillips

Season IV. Ep. 1 – In our first episode of Season 4 we change things up a bit by including a third co-host in each show of the season. And first up is our close friend and colleague – Mike Phillips who mentors people on developing leadership through action with his podcast – The Front, and YouTube channel – LeadTheTeam.tv.

Recently Mike produced a video for his YouTube channel title, How to Increase Leadership Capacity. In the video, Mike offers four tips:

  1. Continue learning
  2. Focus on how to improve your weakness
  3. Listen to others
  4. Ask good questions

The three of us will be talking about these ideas and how they compare and contrast to similar ideas about leadership. We also plan to spend time on the show discussing how to leverage tools such as YouTube to pursue your life work mission.

The White Collar Therapy Show is a place where friends meet every two weeks in a VIRTUAL coffee shop to talk about challenges they are facing as business owners, leaders, and aspiring entrepreneurs.
