Lincoln Introduces Luxury Hybrid Vehicle

It was just a matter of time before auto consumers could enjoy a ride in a real luxury hybrid vehicle. Thanks to Lincoln that will be sooner rather than later.

The new 2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid will roll out onto the streets in the Fall. The exciting thing is you won’t have to pay any more for the hybrid version of the vehicle than the gas model, which is super exciting because many times you’ll find the hybrid models slightly higher priced. Lincoln doesn’t do that.

If you didn’t think it was possible to get luxury and fuel efficiency in the same hybrid package then you’ll just have to take the new Lincoln model for a test drive. You’ll be impressed. The estimated mileage is 41 in the city. That’s almost unheard of, especially with luxury class vehicles. With a gas tank that can carry you 700 city miles, Lincoln is calling it the “most fuel efficient luxury car in America“.

MSRP starts at $35,180. Yes, we’re talking about a Lincoln.

You can reach up to 47 mph in electric mode, another unheard of statistic. You also get a real-time gauge of fuel efficiency and performance.

When you’re ready for a luxury hybrid vehicle that performs well and takes green technology to the next level, try the 2011 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. When you’re ready to stay on top of solid reviews of vehicles using green technology, from hybrids to full electric, follow AutoConverse on Facebook.
